Ash Miller is the Interim Executive Director of The Cupcake Girls. This nonprofit organization provides nonjudgmental support, advocacy, and resources to those in the sex industry and survivors of sex trafficking.
With a mission centered on respect, relationships, and holistic care, Ash is a passionate leader who works tirelessly to empower individuals, dismantle stigma, and advocate for equity and justice. A former primary educator (pre-k-8th grade) for over a decade, that world was swapped for the sex industry in 2013. Since then, she has navigated life as a solopreneur, dancer, content creator, and general creatrix.
She champions collaboration and representation, striving to bring more people into spaces where their perspectives matter. Her identity as a disabled queer femme and her upbringing in a family of passionate advocates give her both empathy and strength in addressing barriers that often render people invisible.
The Cupcake Girls, a U.S.-based nonprofit, delivers trauma-informed services, outreach, and advocacy tailored to sex workers and survivors of sex trafficking.
Their vision centers on eliminating sex trafficking while uplifting the safety and empowerment of consensual sex workers. They offer nonjudgmental, agenda-free support, always responding to the expressed needs of their participants.
