Interview with Laura – Azura Model Agency

We caught up with the fierce and fearless Laura from Azura Model Agency to talk hustle, confidence, and what it really takes to thrive in the world of online modeling.

What inspired you to lead Azura Modelling Agency, and how has your vision evolved since stepping into this role?

The truth is — most models don’t fail because they aren’t beautiful or hardworking enough. They fail because they receive bad advice, lack proper business training, and have no protection. I’ve seen incredibly talented girls earning pennies, while amateurs with the right strategy were cashing in. That’s exactly why Azura exists — not just as an agency, but as a powerhouse designed to turn creators into top-tier earners.

Content creation in the adult industry is one of the most competitive spaces, where building a strong personal brand — while maintaining control and independence — is a serious challenge. Add to that the stigma attached to the industry, and it becomes even harder. People often assume adult business means shady business. I’ll never forget one of our models who had been scammed by a fake agency before — it took months of working together before she truly believed we were in her corner. That experience shaped how we approach trust, transparency, and care with every model we work with.

When I stepped into leading Azura, the initial focus was simple — help models earn more money. But very quickly, it became clear that they needed much more than marketing or management — they needed education, emotional support, legal protection, and long-term strategy. This is serious business, and our models deserve to be treated like professionals.

Today, Azura is far more than just an agency — we’re a full-scale business incubator for premium content creators. We handle everything — from branding and audience building to financial planning and growth strategy — so our models can focus on what they do best: creating. We offer specialised training in fan engagement, sales psychology, and financial literacy. Every model receives a bespoke content strategy designed around her unique strengths, brand identity, and target audience.

We work with creators who truly have the potential to be in the top 1% — unique, ambitious women who inspire us — and our job is to make sure they reach that potential. As we’ve grown, our commitment has stayed the same: delivering a luxury, tailor-made service that prioritises our models’ success, well-being, and discretion — because that’s what it takes to build sustainable, long-term careers in this industry.

Azura specialises in representing content creators within the adult industry. What unique challenges and opportunities does this niche present, and how does the agency address them?

Most people assume all adult creators do is take their clothes off. The truth? The top earners are playing a completely different game. This is a business — one of the most competitive out there — and those who treat it like one are the ones making real money.
The biggest lie in this industry is that it’s all about looks. Sure, beauty gets you attention — but strategy is what makes you rich. The challenge is that most models don’t have the tools to turn followers into real income. They’re left to figure it out alone, often getting scammed by fake agencies or stuck in deals that don’t benefit them.

At Azura, we cut through the noise. We give models clear, actionable strategies, handle marketing, pricing psychology, and fan engagement, and ensure they maximise every revenue stream available to them. Most importantly, we protect them from the common pitfalls of the industry.

For the Azura team, collaborating with content creators is inspiring, as each brings a distinct personality to their work. This uniqueness presents an opportunity to explore their individuality and craft vibrant personal brands that genuinely reflect who they are and resonate with their audience. However, this also comes with the responsibility of providing tailored support, recognising that every creator enters the industry with her own story and circumstances. Meeting their individual needs to ensure they feel safe, valued, and fulfilled is essential and requires dedication, hard work, and attention to detail.

Can you share insights into the comprehensive training programmes Azura offers to help aspiring models develop essential skills?

We teach models how to think like CEOs. Branding, pricing psychology, high-ticket fan engagement — this isn’t just about posting sexy pictures. It’s about mastering the business of desire. Our training covers everything from content scripting to personal branding and marketing strategy. We provide individual support for each model, creating a tailored content plan and defining a brand image that aligns with their strengths and goals. It is extremely important to us that every model feels comfortable in the niche we choose together.

We also teach the art of communication, especially for those who prefer to handle conversations themselves rather than using chatters. This is particularly relevant for models using luxury dating sites such as www.suggie.com. We focus on elite-level conversation skills, high-ticket fan engagement, and networking with high-value clients.

There is a common misconception that agencies just take a cut and do little in return. At Azura, we build the entire business around the creator — we control marketing, handle monetisation, and even train models in negotiation so they don’t leave money on the table. This isn’t just about short-term earnings. It’s about setting creators up with the business skills, confidence, and structure they need to build long-term success — inside and beyond the industry.

How does Azura assist models in transitioning from platforms like Instagram to professional modelling careers?

Instagram followers don’t mean anything if they aren’t converting. We start by leveraging their Instagram following, teaching models how to use it strategically to attract and convert followers into paying subscribers on premium platforms. We provide customised outreach templates, growth strategies, ad support, and engagement techniques that help models attract the right kind of fans — the ones who actually spend money. For models who are new, we build their revenue strategy from scratch, ensuring they’re maximising all creator platforms effectively.

In managing the administrative aspects of a model’s career, what strategies does Azura employ to ensure seamless operations and allow talent to focus on their craft?

We handle everything from content strategy and financial management to account optimisation and audience engagement monitoring. Internally, we’ve developed a fully structured onboarding process for our models, which ensures that from the moment they join Azura, everything runs smoothly. Our system allows us to quickly assess each model’s needs, set clear goals, and implement personalised workflows that streamline their integration and performance tracking.
This way, models can focus fully on their content and growth, while we take care of the operational side.

With the rise of digital content platforms, how does Azura stay ahead of industry trends to provide relevant opportunities for its models?

This industry moves fast. What worked six months ago might be obsolete tomorrow. That’s why we have a constant feedback loop with our models, analysing what’s working in real time and adapting our strategies. We closely monitor industry trends and analyse what is currently relevant. Based on this, we adapt each model’s content plan individually to ensure they remain competitive and profitable.
Azura actively participates in conferences and industry workshops to stay at the forefront of market trends, and we build relationships with top performers and influencers. We study high-performing models and reverse-engineer their success, utilising AI-driven analytics to track content performance and fan behaviour.
We never let our models fall behind the curve.

What qualities does Azura look for when scouting new talent, and how do you support their growth within the agency?

The most important quality we look for in a model is genuine motivation to succeed in content creation. We don’t just look for pretty faces — we look for hustlers. The best models in this industry are the ones who are driven, adaptable, and treat this like a business, not a side hustle. This is not just about posting pictures — it’s a full-time career. As an agency, we do everything possible to elevate them into the next top-tier star.
The model must be driven and organised — we’ll take care of everything else.

What future goals and expansions do you envision for Azura Modelling Agency in the coming years?

Our future plans include expanding into new markets and continuing to grow our global reach by working with the most ambitious content creators.

We’re also developing a premium subscription-based mentorship programme specifically for creators, offering expert training, business guidance, and access to exclusive resources designed to help them scale their success in the industry.
In addition, we’re refining our acquisition strategy to continue building a portfolio of top-tier talent and exploring AI-driven analytics to optimise content performance and maximise audience engagement even more efficiently.
Azura isn’t just an agency — it’s a movement designed to raise the standards of this industry. And we’re only just getting started.

Career & Professional Journey

Laura - Azura ModelsBefore founding Azura Modelling, what was your career path like?

My career has been a real rollercoaster. I started in fire safety, then moved into the non-profit sector working for a charity foundation. After that, I launched two websites — and that’s really where my journey in the digital world began. My career path makes no sense on paper, but there is a common thread: I’ve always built things from scratch and found ways to make them profitable.
I then spent three years in Dubai working as an Investor Relations Director in the financial sector. That role sharpened my communication and negotiation skills while giving me valuable experience in managing relationships and understanding investment strategies. It also helped me deeply understand the minds of people who are in the market for luxury and finer things — and this understanding is key to our success now.

These diverse experiences gave me strong people management skills and a deep understanding of what it takes to build and grow projects in the digital space.

What were some of the biggest challenges you faced when starting Azura, and how did you overcome them?

One of the biggest challenges was earning trust — both from the models and within the industry itself. The adult market is huge, but that also means the competition is strong, and maintaining high standards is hard work. What makes this business truly complex is that we work with people, not numbers — every girl is an individual with her own story, struggles, and goals.
As the CEO, I personally try to find the right approach to every model. For many of them, Azura becomes a second home — a place where their ambitions are heard, where they feel supported and safe. For us, the most important values are respect, understanding, and emotional connection. That’s what we work on every single day because when our models feel truly happy, that’s when Azura thrives.

Did you always envision yourself working in marketing and talent management?

Not initially, but I’ve always been drawn to business strategy, branding, and helping people succeed. The transition into talent management felt natural as I developed my expertise in digital marketing and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.

What’s the most rewarding part of your job?

I never get tired of seeing our models achieve financial independence and build successful careers. Watching their opportunities grow and confidence increase is incredibly fulfilling.

What advice would you give to young professionals in marketing or talent management?

Focus on results, stay adaptable, and continuously educate yourself on emerging trends. The industry evolves fast, so staying ahead is crucial.

If you could go back in time and give yourself one piece of career advice, what would it be?

Don’t let emotions control your decisions. Be careful, stay focused, and don’t be afraid to make mistakes — mistakes are part of the experience and growth.

Personal Life & Hobbies

What do you love to do to unwind?

I usually go for walks with my two dogs — it really helps me clear my head. Sometimes, I just drive to the beach to relax or read something inspiring.

How do you balance running a business with personal time?

Oh, that’s a tough one. Honestly, sometimes it’s a struggle to ensure I’m balancing work with relaxation. Luckily, if I’m overdoing it a little, my family will remind me to stop and spend time with them. I really appreciate those moments.

What’s one thing about you that people might be surprised to learn?

I thrive in chaos — it’s where my best ideas are born. Somehow, I take that energy, scale it, and turn it into success.

If you weren’t in this industry, what would you be doing?

I’d probably be doing what I was doing before — working in the investment business.

Do you have any favourite travel destinations?

I don’t have one specific favourite. I love my home country, Latvia, and I enjoy spending winters in Spain. I’m also a huge fan of Asia. Honestly, I just love travelling — it’s my way to recharge.

Books, films, or music that inspire you?

I love Russian classic literature and stories about inspiring people — real journeys, struggles, and success always motivate me.

How would your closest friends describe you?

A hard worker, inspiring, and a force of nature when something needs to get done.

Any daily rituals or morning routines?

Yes, I wake up and spend the first five minutes cuddling with my dogs — it’s our little moment to connect before the day begins. Then I always drink water and go to the gym. Mornings are very important to me because it’s the only time of the day when my phone isn’t ringing.

Experience & Lessons Learned

Biggest lesson learned from working in the industry?

Adaptability is everything. The industry changes rapidly, and staying ahead requires continuous learning and flexibility.

Best piece of advice received?

Don’t overcomplicate strategies — focus on what works and scale it. More often than not, simple is better.

Legacy you hope to leave behind?

A successful, well-respected agency that has helped many models achieve financial freedom and career success — and we’re definitely on the right track so far!

Your customer isn’t paying? National Inkasso helps

Your customer isn’t paying? National Inkasso helps – quickly and reliably!

Late payments can quickly become a serious problem for creditors, freelancers, and businesses. Outstanding receivables not only strain cash flow but can also jeopardize overall financial stability. National Inkasso offers you a professional and transparent solution for collecting your receivables – without hidden costs or flat fees.

Why is effective receivables management crucial?

  1. Securing liquidity: Unpaid invoices, especially in specialized industries such as dating apps, cam portals, or affiliate portals, can quickly lead to financial bottlenecks. A fast and professional collection process ensures that your revenues are not jeopardized by delayed payments, particularly in recurring billing models or complex payment systems.
  2. Professional dunning: In sectors like billing systems and affiliate portals, where payments often occur in complex structures and billing cycles, the use of modern AI-powered software allows efficient and targeted processing of outstanding claims. This ensures quick clarification and minimizes payment defaults.
  3. Avoiding legal disputes: Especially in highly regulated industries like cam portals and dating apps, where misunderstandings and disputes over payments are frequent, a structured collection process helps avoid costly litigation. By offering early and transparent solutions, long-lasting conflicts can be prevented.

Strategies to maintain composure in debt collection

Communication techniques
One of the most effective ways to remain composed in a collection situation is by applying targeted communication techniques. Stay calm and factual while formulating your concerns. By actively listening and adopting an open approach, you create a respectful dialogue that often leads to better solutions. Avoid emotional reactions, and instead present clear facts and data to support your position.
Additionally, it’s important to pay attention to non-verbal cues. Maintain an open posture and make eye contact. This conveys confidence and determination and shows your counterpart that you are genuinely seeking a resolution.

Psychological approaches in negotiations
In the context of negotiations, applying psychological principles can make a significant difference. Use techniques like generating empathy and understanding the other party’s position to create a positive atmosphere. Some flexibility helps navigate difficult conversations and reach agreements.
Another strategy is to create win-win situations where both parties benefit from the agreement. By proposing creative solutions that address both your interests and the other party’s needs, you increase the likelihood of a successful conclusion.

Setting clear boundaries
Setting clear boundaries is crucial to maintaining control in a collection situation. Communicate your expectations and conditions clearly to avoid misunderstandings. This includes specifying payment deadlines and terms.
Another important aspect of setting boundaries is consistency. Stick to the agreements made and do not let yourself be pressured into deviating from them. By firmly defending your position, you ensure that you appear as an equal negotiating partner.

Common myths about debt collection

Misunderstandings about costs
Many people believe that debt collection services always incur high costs. At National Inkasso, we focus on transparency and fair terms. Our services are often free until your debtor pays.

Belief in aggressive tactics
Serious debt collection companies like National Inkasso rely on legally compliant and respectful approaches. Aggressive tactics not only harm the relationship between creditor and debtor but can also lead to legal consequences.

Understanding the role of debt collection agencies
Debt collection agencies are not just for collecting money. They act as intermediaries, helping creditors process their claims professionally and efficiently while maintaining the relationship with the debtor.

Industry-specific challenges

Each industry faces its own challenges:

  • Dating Apps: Payment delays are common, especially when it comes to subscription cancellations or disputes over services rendered. Managing recurring payments and ensuring adherence to user agreements can be complex.
  • Cam Portals: Providers of adult content often deal with irregular payments from users, with chargebacks and disputes over billing threatening financial stability.
  • Billing Systems: Companies offering billing systems face challenges with late or missing payments from clients, particularly in recurring billing cycles or misunderstandings about services charged.
  • Affiliate Portals: Payment delays and issues arise when affiliate marketers or publishers do not receive their commissions for leads or sales on time, often due to complex commission structures or discrepancies in performance tracking.

National Inkasso develops tailored strategies for each industry to efficiently and fairly collect your outstanding receivables.

How does the process work?

  • Initial contact and case review: We analyze your outstanding claims and develop a customized strategy.
  • Communication with the debtor: We contact the debtor professionally and purposefully.
  • Dunning and collection process: Through targeted reminders and negotiations, we ensure fast payment receipts.
  • Legal steps: If necessary, we initiate legal actions in close coordination with you.

Why choose National Inkasso?

Success-based fees: No cost risk for you.
Tailored solutions: Customized collection strategies for each industry.
Digital processes: Efficient and transparent workflows through modern technology.

Dr. Porn – the man who bring porn to university

0

Between lecture theatre and hardcore: why Emre Busse is calling for pornography to be established as a subject of study.

Pornography is more than just a wank template. It is political, culturally charged – and absolutely worthy of academic study.

Imagine you walk into a seminar room and the PowerPoint slide shows a hardcore clip. Not as a gag, not as a provocation, but as a starting point for an in-depth analysis of gender roles, power relations and representation. Welcome to the lecture by Emre Busse – the man who many now only call ‘Dr Porno’.

What sounds like a scandal to some is a serious academic approach for Busse. Pornography – this huge, billion-dollar, culturally powerful phenomenon – should get out of the dirty corner and into the universities. Because as Busse says: ‘What billions of people consume cannot be meaningless.’

From gay longing to academic rebellion

Born in Istanbul, queer, searching – Emre Busse found empowerment, not shame, in pornography. Gay, German-Turkish porn in particular gave him a sense of belonging. For him, it was not a dirty secret, but a source of identity. This personal experience ultimately led him to a scientific study of pornography – as a cultural asset, as a political tool, as an expression of lust and power.
Today, he lives in Berlin, teaches in Bremen and stirs up the university scene with provocative courses such as ‘Post-Pornography’. His lectures are packed, his style direct, queer-feminist and openly sex-positive. His message: analysing porn means understanding society.

Lust and science – no contradiction

Porn in UniversityBusse argues that pornography should be analysed like film, literature or music – with a view to aesthetics, narration, symbolism and social effects. His events are not about voyeuristic gawking, but about breaking down stereotypes, feminist criticism and queer utopias.
The lecture series ‘Critical Porn Studies’ organised by him at the University of Bremen was a complete success – and an affront to the academic mainstream. In addition to theoretical input, there were performances, artistic contributions and discussions about production conditions and ethical consumption. A space in which porn was not stigmatised, but deconstructed.

Between hate, hype and hope

Of course, ‘Dr Porno’ also provokes criticism – from the tabloid media, conservative voices and parts of the university bureaucracy. But Busse counters this with humour and clarity. His aim is not provocation for provocation’s sake. It is visibility, enlightenment, dialogue. And that takes courage – especially in a society that constantly talks about sex but hardly reflects on it.
He is part of a new generation of academics who are no longer afraid to bring their subjectivity, their lust and their history into the discourse. And in doing so, he is doing exactly what good science should do: Question the status quo.

Conclusion

Emre Busse puts porn on the agenda – where it is often most lacking: in critical, academic reflection. His nickname ‘Dr Porno’ may make you smile, but there is a serious project behind it. It’s about more than naked skin. It’s about visibility, diversity, criticism of power – and about no longer excluding lust when we talk about society.

Interview with Wolfgang Mayr – better known as “The Wolf”

First of all, a big thank you, Wolfgang Mayr, for taking the time for this in-depth interview with us.

General Questions About You & Your Career

Mr. Mayr, how did you get into the world of online marketing and specifically into the adult dating industry?

I started with affiliate marketing in 2009 and did so rather half-heartedly. Someone told me back then that you could make money with dating products. So I signed up with the Intermax Group and Cashdorado. At the time, I didn’t really take it seriously and barely put any effort into it – maybe also because I didn’t feel any financial pressure, as I was already successful
as an entrepreneur in the film industry.

At some point, around 2010/2011, I finally launched a campaign and was surprised at how well it worked. With that motivation boost, I started doing more and more. One thing led to another, and by 2012, I was earning a five-figure monthly income through affiliate marketing for the first time.

What have been the biggest challenges in your career, and how did you overcome them?

Well, I’m quite versatile as an entrepreneur, but if we focus solely on my affiliate career, then SEO has always been the biggest challenge for me. The constant ups and downs, along with ever-changing rules, can be quite nerve-wracking. On the other hand, if you enjoy what you do, you’re willing to accept that.

How would you describe yourself as an entrepreneur – more of a strategist, doer, or visionary?

A bit of everything, I would say. But first and foremost, I’m probably a doer. I don’t leave projects unfinished once I’ve started them. Everything gets done. And if it takes longer, then so be it. But it gets completed. I’d say that’s what defines a doer.

Wolf Masterclass & Adult Dating Academy

Your Wolf Masterclass is one of the few platforms in the German-speaking world that specializes in adult traffic and monetization. What was the inspiration behind this concept?

Our Wolf Masterclass was created in the summer of 2022. We designed it for the niches “making money with digital products” and “Adult Dating“. Our inspiration was the realization that the market needed something new. Not just another typical “coaching-blah-blah product,” but something solid and practical that also makes it easier for beginners to enter the industry.

What makes the Masterclass so unique, and how does it differ from other online marketing courses?

The Masterclass doesn’t just consist of digital courses and 1:1 coaching, but also includes a ready-made lead magnet page for participants, complete with a mail funnel featuring the highest-converting products. This allows people to immediately transition from theory to practice and start seeing results.

Can you give us a brief overview of how someone can get started in the industry and achieve their first successes with your Masterclass?

It all starts with filling out the application form. The Masterclass isn’t a mass product that just anyone can purchase. We decide whether to accept participants or not.
At the very beginning, we made the mistake of being too uncritical and accepting almost everyone. But it’s crucial that people approach this with the right mindset. And even though we do a lot of the heavy lifting by providing ready-made products, every participant should still bring their own initiative and creativity.

We support participants intensively – including through our weekly group sessions. What usually happens fairly quickly is that people start making money with the pages we’ve created and delivered. Especially in the adult dating space, there are many innovative ways to generate traffic, and typically, just a few days after we deliver the Masterclass pages, the first leads and sales start coming in.

What kind of participants does your Masterclass appeal to – are they complete beginners or also experienced marketers?

Currently, the majority are experienced entrepreneurs or at least creative individuals who are already successful in their field and want to build something additional in these niches. So these are people who are quite experienced in business, but relatively new to affiliate marketing. However, we don’t have complete beginners in the program.

You currently have a pause on new enrollments until May. Why did you decide to limit the number of participants?

That’s simply because I always want to make sure that those who joined recently can get their business running independently first. Last year, we onboarded quite a few new people, and we need to make sure things are running smoothly for them first. Once that’s the case, we can start focusing on new participants again.

Email Funnels & Lead Generation

You say email funnels are your specialty. Why are they so important in online marketing?

The vast majority of my revenue comes from email marketing – and that has pretty much always been the case. Even now, in the age of artificial intelligence, email marketing remains essential and is constantly evolving.
That’s why a new course of mine will be released in April, titled “The Email Cash Cow,” where I show how to run affordable and effective email marketing without expensive providers. In our case, our Masterclass pages achieve open rates of up to 80% and click-through rates of up to 35%. I explain how that works in the course.

Can you briefly explain the principle of a working email funnel?

A successful email funnel consists of several components:

  1. The signup form – First, you need an appealing and compelling signup form that users can’t resist.
  2. The first offer immediately after signing up – This is the best time to make the first sale, as the user has just shown active interest. You have to seize that opportunity by presenting them with a suitable offer right away.
  3. The 72-hour rule – During the first three days after signup, the user should receive an email every day. These initial emails are critical because attention is highest at this stage.
  4. The three pillars of a good email funnel – Ideally, each email should contain three elements:
    ◦ Value (e.g., tips, insider knowledge)
    ◦ Entertainment (e.g., storytelling, humor)
    ◦ Sales (targeted offers)

After that, the sending frequency can be reduced depending on the target audience and niche. An email funnel is successful when it generates more revenue than it costs – and so far, we’ve always managed to achieve that, sooner or later.

Many marketers rely on social media or paid ads – why do you focus so strongly on email marketing and lead generation?

One thing doesn’t exclude the other. But many people make the mistake of sending traffic gained through social media or paid campaigns directly to affiliate programs. That means the user is redirected once – and that’s it. They’re gone.
We, on the other hand, first direct the traffic to our own platform – our own site – and monetize it multiple times within the email funnel. That’s much more effective in the long run.

What mistakes do most beginners make when trying to use email funnels for themselves?

I actually made a little series about this on my German-language YouTube channel:
youtube.com/watch?v=NveTFI8lpKk

But to name the most important points:
A common mistake is that marketers or affiliates collect a user’s email address – and then nothing happens. Eventually, a week later, the first email arrives. That’s obviously way too late. We live in a fast-paced world, and users often forget you faster than you think. So you have to start immediately building trust and winning them over. After a week, you’re usually already forgotten. So always remember the 72-hour rule and keep the email frequency high especially at the beginning of an automated funnel.

Another common mistake: Many beginners buy email addresses. That’s usually not very effective. If you have no relationship with the user, their engagement rate will also be low. Plus, consent is often missing, which increases the risk of spam complaints and lowers the reputation of your list.

Third point – also related to list reputation: Not removing inactive users.
In my case, users who haven’t opened or clicked an email in more than two months are ruthlessly removed from the list. As mentioned, we live in a fast-moving world – and email addresses are just as fast-moving for most users.
A user is only a good user if they open and click. Otherwise, they reduce your list reputation, which leads to lower open and click rates overall. As a result, email providers classify you as lower quality, which can severely damage your inbox delivery rate in the long term.

Of course, there are many more mistakes – I go into detail about these in my new course “The Email Cash Cow“.

Are there specific tools or software you recommend for building successful funnels?

There are of course a wide variety of tools on the market. We use OptimizePress to create our landing pages. As an email sending tool, we use MailPoet. But the crucial part is the choice of SMTP server. We use different solutions such as Amazon SES, Mailjet, as well as our own mail server at Skynet. Depending on the requirements, different systems are used.

It would go too far to explain all of this in detail here – but I cover it thoroughly in my course “The Email Cash Cow”.

Adult Traffic & Monetization

The adult market is controversial, and not everyone dares to get involved in it. What are the biggest advantages and challenges in this field?

First, we have to acknowledge: Like in any other niche, there are serious and less serious providers here too. Then the question becomes how you promote each offer. Almost all of my own sites are age-appropriate, and I’ve never owned a single tube site in my life. To me, it’s an industry like any other: there’s strong demand – so there’s a supply.
Is anyone harmed by it? Not that I know of. I do know of other industries where harm does occur – for example, gambling. But that’s a different story.

I think one major barrier for many people is the fear that they’ll have to show their face everywhere and risk damaging their reputation. But affiliate marketing can be done quite anonymously – if you know how.

What does a typical path look like for generating and monetizing adult traffic?

That depends. There are many roads to Rome.
I would initially advise beginners against buying traffic because that requires a lot of experience. The classic route is more through SEO. That means you invest time instead of money – and hopefully, that pays off in the long run.
One crucial point: don’t just let the user move on. Instead of redirecting them directly to an affiliate program, you should capture them in your email list. That way, you can reach out again and again – which brings us back to the topic of email marketing.

Are there ethical or legal aspects to consider when entering this market?

The question is: How do we define “ethics” in this context?
Let me put it bluntly: People want to f***. And they love sex. And we have the technical means to give them exactly what they want. Our job is to do the right marketing. If we don’t do it, someone else will.
By the way, I’m also active in many other niches – fitness, software, finance, etc. Especially in finance, there’s a lot of shady stuff going on. In 2016, I exposed a huge scam: Recyclix. The YouTube video is still on my channel today. I was right about all my criticisms back then – and after my exposé, that thing literally went up in flames. I saved a lot of people from financial disaster at the time. The affiliates who promoted that garbage disappeared afterward – or simply promoted the next scam.
And then come the pseudo-moralists, who often have skeletons in their own closets, pointing fingers at others:
“He promotes adult entertainment!”

Now that’s my kind of humor.

As for the legal aspect?
Different countries, different customs. And sometimes, different laws. And by the way: How many adult webmasters are there who still officially run their business from Germany?

Which monetization models work particularly well in the adult industry?

I personally still focus primarily on rev-share. Although I must say that customer retention rates are significantly worse today than they were ten years ago. But there are also affiliate programs that offer very attractive lead commissions.
One example that comes to mind is VXCash with its marketplace.

How do you see the future of the adult traffic industry – will it continue to grow, or are there challenges that could slow it down?

I believe artificial intelligence (AI) is changing a lot right now. But I also have the impression that the German market, in particular, will face increasing challenges. Overall, though, I see the industry growing again on an international scale. I observed this at the recent TES Affiliate Conference.

Other Projects & Future Plans

You already launched your first dating course project “onlinedatingmiterfolg.com” in 2016. How has the project developed over the years?

Well, it wasn’t a huge project, but rather our first own digital product in the dating niche. Basically, it’s an audio course produced in a timeless way so that it remains relevant even today and can still be marketed as an evergreen product. While it no longer sells nearly as well as it did five years ago, it can still be promoted as an affiliate product.

What trends do you see in the area of online dating and digital matchmaking?

Here too, AI will likely bring further developments – and the craziest things could happen. Actually, they’re already happening. Men are falling in love with AI avatars because they’re easier to deal with than real women.
Fortunately, it’s not my job to think about what societal consequences that might have.
When it comes to business, many things are becoming easier:

  • AI dating experts recommend the right platform.
  • AI algorithms could even directly match ideal partners.

From a business perspective, this offers huge opportunities – provided they are used correctly.

Your site “derwolf.cc” – what can visitors find there, and who is your target audience?

“Der Wolf” is my personal blog. Almost nothing there is AI-generated – everything comes from my own mind and pen.
I cover a wide range of topics related to online marketing.

  • I report on scams.
  • I introduce outstanding Masterclass users and guests.
  • I review products and share whether they’re trash or worth recommending.
  • And yes, I get a bit political sometimes too.

You can also sign up for my business mailing list there.

Are there any upcoming projects or innovations you’re currently working on that you can share with us?

My team and I are currently experimenting with AI chatbots for adult sites. These are intended to automatically generate leads and sales. We’ve already seen promising results, especially in the BDSM niche. But we’re still at the very beginning.

In addition, several digital products are set to launch this year:
• I already mentioned The Email Cash Cow.
• A fitness reseller product is in the works.
• And we might also release something new in the dating niche.

Personal & Final Questions

Der WolfWhat advice would you give someone looking to get started in online marketing or adult traffic today?

Anyone wanting to enter this business should first ask themselves if they have enough creativity and independence to really stick with it. Especially when starting from scratch, you need to be aware that it may take some time before your time and financial investment pays off. But that basically applies to any niche.

The special challenge in the adult space is that you need to know the affiliate programs and really understand what you’re promoting.

A general tip for complete beginners:
➡ Focus on BDSM users with a submissive inclination.
This target group converts more easily and tends to spend more money. If you’re working with German traffic, it’s important to compare providers and test things out. Without naming names – there are Germany-specific cam providers offering lifetime commissions that look attractive at first glance.
But that doesn’t automatically mean you’ll make easy money with them. Because:

  1. High likelihood: A promoted user may already be assigned to another affiliate in the system.
  2. Poor conversion rates: German traffic converts significantly worse compared to other countries – except in the BDSM space.

Are there any specific books, mentors, or experiences that have especially influenced you?

I never had mentors – and I never needed them.

I am my own mentor and make my own experiences. That’s also because I’m self-taught. In fact, I’d say that most people who want to establish themselves as entrepreneurs probably do need some kind of mentor.

As for books, I’m currently reading “To Ibiza” by Julian Hessenthaler. At first glance, it has nothing to do with our business, but I’m interested in politics and especially in people who go against the grain.

Arnold Schwarzenegger describes it similarly in his biography: he made a sport socially acceptable that most people mocked at the time. He swam against the current – and that probably influenced me as well: Don’t go with the crowd, follow your own path.

Where do you see yourself and your business in five years?

I can’t give a serious answer to that.

I always do what I enjoy and what opportunities happen to come my way. Depending on how online marketing evolves through technological developments, I’ll go with it – or not. The most important thing is to enjoy what you do. Because if you love what you do, the money will follow – sooner or later.

Subscriptions and Bits for all on Twitch?

Twitch Changes Monetization: New Channels Can Accept Subscriptions and Bits

Twitch is planning a significant change that will allow new channels to accept subscriptions and Bits from their viewers. Until now, only streamers with Affiliate or Partner status could receive these types of donations on Twitch. With this change, monetization will be opened to a broader user base. The announcement of this step has sparked mixed reactions within the community.

Twitch Focuses on Innovation and Optimization

Recently, Twitch has made several changes to its platform, always aiming to optimize the service and experience for both viewers and streamers. One of these changes concerns the ban system: in the future, certain permanently banned accounts may be pardoned. This decision was largely well received by the community. However, the newly planned monetization changes are met with mixed feelings.

Monetization for Everyone: A Revolutionary Step?

In an open letter to the community, Twitch CEO Dan Clancy explained the upcoming changes. The most important change: brand-new accounts will be able to accept subscriptions and Bits. Clancy described this change as a way to unlock monetization for everyone. Twitch wants to give every user the opportunity to earn money with their content.
However, Clancy did not specify an exact date for this change, only stating that it is expected to take effect in 2025. It also remains unclear whether there will be any restrictions. He only mentioned that “most streamers” would benefit from this system from day one. It is therefore possible that certain limitations will remain depending on the category or type of content.

Excitement and Skepticism: The Community’s Reactions

Making Money on TwitchThe reactions to this announcement are mixed. Some Twitch users are excited because they can either monetize their own channels or directly support their favorite streamers. Others, however, have expressed concerns and criticism.
One of the biggest concerns revolves around advertising on Twitch. Currently, only Affiliates and Partners can run ads on their channels and benefit from them. Many users now fear that broader monetization could mean that ads will automatically appear on all Twitch channels. Clancy’s letter does not directly state whether advertising will be part of this change. However, since many Twitch subscriptions offer the benefit of avoiding ads, the uncertainty is understandable.
Another issue concerns Twitch streamers who have worked hard to achieve Affiliate or Partner status. Some feel that this change devalues their previous efforts. They wonder whether all the hard work they put into building their channel was worth it if monetization is now available to everyone. Presumably, there will still be exclusive benefits for Affiliates and Partners, but so far, there are no concrete details on this.

What Does This Mean for the Future of Twitch?

That Twitch is constantly working to improve its platform is undeniable, and some users see this step as long overdue. After all, the sheer number of viewers does not always determine the quality of a stream.
Now, the best approach is to stay calm and wait to see how exactly this announcement will be implemented in detail. The long-term impact of these new monetization opportunities on the streaming community is still difficult to predict.

For Twitch, this is a delicate balancing act. On one hand, they want to give as many streamers as possible the opportunity to earn money from their streams. On the other hand, they must ensure they do not alienate the platform’s established top creators.

The Eurorgazm team is confident that Twitch will find a middle ground that will appeal to the majority of streamers and viewers alike.
